Fears and Phobias

Fears and Phobias

Awake the courage that lies within you.

Do you feel frightened, frozen or highly vulnerable in front of a particular element or situation? Are you limiting your pleasant activities, travelling or social interactions?
Phobia is a persistent and excessive fear of an element or situation, such as spiders, heights, flying, or social phobia. When we cannot avoid the feared situation or object, we experience significant distress.

When a person with phobia sees or remembers the feared situation or object, their mind signals that they are in danger by releasing adrenaline. The adrenaline makes people experience different body sensations such as freeze, light-headedness, dizziness, sweat, and anxiety. These feelings seem to confirm our thoughts that we are in terrible danger and should escape. To stop experiencing these unpleasant feelings, we avoid seeing or hearing about the feared object.

We will teach you how to challenge unhelpful beliefs and how to be able to make changes in your behaviours gradually, so you learn that you’re safe and you can enjoy your life wherever you are and whatever is around you.

Would you like to expand your life experiences without fear? Would you like to improve your career, relationships, health, reputation, and self-esteem?

We constantly adapt our treatments to our client’s problems and needs. Sessions are individual and confidential. As one session a week is enough, they will not interfere with your day to day duties.

Most of our clients noticed visible improvement after just two sessions. How about starting now?
